Rather than employ the typical ‘top-down’ committee structure that many church (especially Presbyterian churches) use, we have re-designed ourselves to do God’s work in a new way. We seek the movement of the Holy Spirit to ultimately guide our church activity.
We have implemented a grassroots approach to our organizational design. If you have an idea or inspiration for a particular form of ministry, we invite you to get permission from a ministry team and then “go and do.”
